Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 . This promotion is available for both domestic and international customers. To qualify, your order total must exceed $99 before taxes and after any discounts.

Shipping Partners and Fulfillment

At Padel Fanatics, we collaborate directly with the brands featured in our store. Each product is shipped from the brand's warehouse, and fulfillment times vary based on the brand and the shipping partner they use. This means that if you order products from multiple brands, they may arrive separately and on different schedules.

Estimated Shipping Times

Domestic Shipping (within the country of the brand's fulfillment center): Orders typically take between 3-7 business days.

International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination country but usually range between 7-21 business days. Customs processing times may cause further delays.

Please note that these time frames are only estimates, and some deliveries may take longer due to factors outside of our control, such as courier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly through the shipping carrier's website.

Shipping Fees (for orders under $99)

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, the selected shipping method, and the weight/size of your items.

Split Shipments

As we work with multiple brands, your order may be split into different shipments if it includes items from different suppliers. Each item will be shipped as soon as it's ready, and tracking information will be provided for each individual shipment.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once the shipment reaches your destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.

Delayed or Missing Shipments

Changes or Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make any modifications.
