Welcome to the Padel Fanatics App ("the App"), provided by Padel Fanatics ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.Full Width

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, including any additional terms and conditions referenced herein or that may apply to specific sections of the App.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, perform, and display such content.

6. In-App Purchases and Payments

The App may offer products and services for purchase ("In-App Purchases"). When you make an In-App Purchase, you agree to:

-Pay the full amount specified for the product or service, including applicable taxes.

-Ensure that the payment method you provide is valid and authorized to make such payments.

All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges for In-App Purchases are made at our sole discretion and in compliance with applicable laws.
